This is the first model of the Competitor Ultra-Lite shoe which was originally released in 2011. The only differences between this version and the current model are that the stitching is black and it has a smoother grain upper material. Otherwise the shoe is identical to the current model shoe. This durable synthetic upper on our Ultra-Lite RDS sole comes with a Velcro® lace cover, two 3/32" Teflon® sliding disks, two gripper disk, and a slip on gripper. This shoe can be used by both left or right handed curlers as the sliding and gripper disks can be placed on either foot. Disks can be easily replaced or upgraded making this a great, long-lasting shoe!
