Last Saturday (7/11), during the last regular season draw of our Spring/Summer league we had one of our hacks fail. With the playoffs set to start today (Friday, 7/17), we went online Saturday night to see if we could find a replacement hack in time for the Friday evening playoff draws. Dakota Curling Supplies not only had one in stock, but Jason Armstrong followed up on the order that we placed Saturday night to make sure we had the two sets of Marco Rubbers that we needed instead of the one that we ordered with the hack (us Florida curlers aren't as familiar with this stuff as some of the rest of you), and he personally took it to the UPS store on Tuesday and upgraded the shipping (at no extra charge) to make sure it got down to Jacksonville by the end of the day Thursday. And not only that, when we received and opened the package on Thursday afternoon we found that he'd also installed the rubbers on the hack for us already!
