Here's how I use the pants while curling

Left pocket: My phone. There's also a little pocket that can hold a coin if you're vice or your vice forgets.

Right pocket: There's a smaller pocket inside that I can put my car keys in. Then the outer pocket is large enough that it can hold my glove and stopwatch while I'm throwing. Because my keys are in an inner pocket, there's no chance they'll get pulled out.

Back pocket. There's a separate zipper pocket that you can put your wallet in and there's zero percent chance you'll lose it. You could probably put other stuff in the back, but I don't have anything.
