TELESCOPING EXCALIBER

Unit has worked well for the most part the only issue, that has been frustrating at times is that the locking mechanism is not staying locked in the extended position and has cause failed throws of the rock. Have tried cranking on the telescoping pole a few times to really lock it in and it works for a while and lets go again. Perhaps it just needs to be readjusted and tighten with every throw.
I would like to receive feedback as to possible suggestions or solutions.
